your access to and use of the website www.spectaculeads.com (the “Site”) and any related services,
including lead generation, marketing campaigns, and communications services provided to clients
(collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you
may not use the Site or Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use
this Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Nature of Leads and No Guarantees
All leads provided by SpectacuLeads are generated through marketing campaigns where consumers
voluntarily submit their information.
No guarantee is made regarding lead quality, conversion rates, appointment setting, sales
outcomes, or revenue generation.
Consumer interest, intent, and responsiveness may vary.
Leads are provided “as-is” based on the information submitted by the consumer at the time of optin.
SpectacuLeads does not guarantee exclusivity unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
4. Compliance, Use of Leads, and Advisor Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance Responsibility
Clients acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable
federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry rules, including but not limited to:
TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
CAN-SPAM Act
State-specific telemarketing and solicitation laws
FINRA, SEC, and state insurance regulations (where applicable)
SpectacuLeads does not provide legal or compliance advice.
4.2 Permitted Use
Leads may only be used for lawful business purposes related to the consumer’s expressed interest. Resale,
redistribution, or reuse of leads outside the intended purpose is strictly prohibited.
5. SMS, Phone, and Electronic Communications Consent
5.1 Consumer Opt-In
Consumers who submit their information through SpectacuLeads marketing campaigns expressly consent
to be contacted by one or more marketing partners or financial professionals via:
Phone calls (including autodialed or prerecorded calls)
SMS/text messages
Email communications
Consent is obtained through clear and conspicuous opt-in language at the point of data collection.
5.2 Advisor Obligations
By receiving and using leads, clients agree that:
They will only contact consumers in accordance with the scope of consent provided
They will honor all opt-out, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requests immediately
They will include required disclosures in SMS and email communications, including identification and
opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to opt out”)
5.3 No Circumvention
Clients may not attempt to circumvent consent limitations, scrub consent language, or misrepresent the
source or purpose of contact.
6. Data Privacy and Security
SpectacuLeads takes reasonable measures to protect consumer data but does not guarantee absolute
security. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of electronic data
transmission.
Clients agree to store, process, and use lead data securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
Fees for Services are outlined in separate written agreements or invoices.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials, is the property
of SpectacuLeads or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpectacuLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities,
arising out of or related to use of the Site or Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpectacuLeads, its officers, directors, employees, and
affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the leads
Your communications with consumers
Your violation of applicable laws or these Terms
12. Termination
SpectacuLeads reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time for
violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected unlawful activity.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without
regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts
located in Florida.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
